REFRIGERATION SYSTEM REPAIR
| Compressor No.1
– Release refrigeration gas out of systems |

| – Overhaul exist freezer compressor by chemical liquid. | ||||||
| – Fill up the oil | ||||||
| – Renew oil separator by oxygen and acetylene | ||||||
| – Install compressor into origin position | ||||||
| – Renew suction valve, discharge valve by oxygen and acetylene | ||||||
| – Testing all condenser controls of system No.1 (high, low pressure gauge, switch, and stop vale…) for working properly, replace new if required |
| Compressor No.2: | ||||||
| – Take out damaged compressor and install new compressor | ||||||
| – Renew oil separator by oxygen and acetylene | ||||||
| – Renew suction valve, discharge valve by oxygen and acetylene | ||||||
| – Testing all condenser controls of system No.1 (high, low pressure gauge, switch, and stop vale…) for working properly, replace new if required |
| Whole system – Renew two expansion valves by welding. – Connect all electric cable and piping – Cleaning system by nitrogen |

| Pressure test and vacuum systems: | ||||||
| – Pressure test system by nitrogen with pressure 22 kg/cm2. | ||||||
| – Use liquid soap for check leak. | ||||||
| – Confirm system no leak. | ||||||
| – Vacuum systems down to pressure 76mmHg (vacuum pressure) and keep it 6 hours for test leak. | ||||||
| – Top up R404A into system |
